  • Duofludo, on March 29, released its 2023 annual report. In 2023, it achieved operating income of 11.937 billion yuan, basically the same as the previous year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 510 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 73.83%.

  • Goldstone Resources released its 2023 annual report on March 28. It achieved operating income of 1.896 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 80.54%; it achieved a net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 349 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 56.89%, after deducting non-recurring gains and losses. Net profit attributable to the parent company was 351 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 62.23%, which was the company’s best performance in more than 20 years since its establishment.

  • Dongguan Sunshine released its 2023 annual report on March 30. Total revenue for 2023 will be 10.854 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 7.23%. On the cost side, operating costs were 9.648 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.39%, and expenses and other costs were 1.687 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.53%. After deducting operating costs and various expenses from the total operating income, the net profit attributable to the parent company was -294 million yuan, turning profit into loss.

  • Sansteel Fuduobang Technology Co., Ltd.'s application for "An External Mixer for Hydrogen Fluoride Production" was officially authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office for a utility model patent.

  • Shandong Huaan New Materials Co., Ltd., on March 29, the State Intellectual Property Office authorized the disclosure of one of its patents: a preparation method for 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane, Publication No. (Authorization) CN113501743B.

  • Quzhou Nanfeng Chemical Co., Ltd. disclosed a public transfer instruction sheet (application draft) on March 28, and applied for shares to be listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations for public transfer.

  • Shandong Zhongrou New Materials Co., Ltd., on March 27, 1,000 tons of hexafluoropropylene oxide has been put into production. The total investment in the production equipment of this project is 85 million yuan.

  • Hunan Guohong Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd., on March 28, announced the environmental impact assessment of the production project with an annual output of 2,500 tons of heptafluoropropane and 1,000 tons of heptafluorobromopropane.

  • Jiangsu Jiujiujiu Technology Co., Ltd., on March 28, has an annual output of 35,000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate, 10,000 tons of sodium hexafluorophosphate, and 162,926.4 tons of by-product hydrochloric acid (HCl ≥ 31%), and 98,379 tons of by-product hydrofluoric acid (HF ≥ 30%). The environmental impact assessment of the 630.8 tons expansion project of calcium fluoride, a by-product, was announced.

  • Fujian Yongrui New Materials Co., Ltd., on February 8, announced the Fujian Yongrui lithium battery material project with a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan.

  • Kent Tianjin Fluorine Membrane New Materials started construction on March 31. It plans to build a fluorine membrane product production line and supporting public facilities with a total investment of 137 million yuan. The project is located in Dasi Town, Xiqing District.

  • Wu Yu, on March 27, announced that it would suspend the production increase plan of China's EV battery materials (PVDF resin), mainly because it is difficult to export battery materials from China to the United States after the U.S. IRA law came into force, and the company is expanding its expansion in Japan. PVDF production capacity, according to its estimates, the production increase plan of Japanese factories is sufficient to meet current demand.

  • Chemours and some of its executives were slapped with a class-action lawsuit on March 29.

  • Fujian Del Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Rukun New Materials Co., Ltd., on March 31, due to the expiration of the financial information in the listing application, the IPO review status changed to "suspended (financial report update)".

  • Shanghai Huayi Group Co., Ltd. issued an announcement on April 1: Its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Huayi New Materials Co., Ltd. and its holding subsidiary Guangxi Huayi New Materials Co., Ltd. were sued by the French company Arkema for patent infringement. Arke Ma applied for financial compensation totaling 430 million yuan and required the defendant to bear all litigation costs of the case.
